Localize you Windows Phone 7 Applications (so they pass certification) (via Johan Lindfors)

In this article I will go through some short tasks that demonstrates how you
can localize you applications to Swedish (or another language) for the User
Interface. Windows Phone 7 initially only supports English, Spanish, French,
Italian and German as UI-languages for applications and operating-system, but
with the following steps you still can make a local experience. I will leverage
the users Regional Format-setting which I’ve found usually is set to the actual
local language for display of numbers, time, date and so on. With this
information I will then adapt the user interface in the application.
